1. Booking and Cancellation
We recommend booking your treatments in advance. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments in unforeseen circumstances.
2. Spa Etiquette
To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Mobile phones should be silenced. Lumera Spa & Wellness is a sanctuary of calm; please respect the relaxation of others.
3. Health and Medical Conditions
Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking and upon arrival. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment.
4. Personal Belongings
We provide secure lockers for your belongings, but we recommend leaving valuable items at home. Lumera Spa & Wellness assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
5. Modifications
Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the current terms in effect.
